I’m Marin. And I believe strength doesn’t start in the gym—it starts in your inner capacity to trust yourself again.

For over a decade, I’ve guided women through seasons of transition: post-burnout, post-injury, post-push-harder culture. My background blends functional strength training, mindset work, and trauma-aware coaching practices to support you not just in doing the work—but doing it sustainably.

I don’t believe in rigid plans or all-or-nothing thinking.
I believe in rhythm, in deep listening, in rebuilding from a place of truth, not urgency.
I believe that strength should feel like an exhale—not another thing to chase

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking with my journal in hand, reading something about fascia or female archetypes, or sipping a glass of Malbec after a quiet lift session.
